Our story

Built to win back the customers brands work so hard to get.

Nurtra exists for one reason. Too many good wellness brands spend everything to win a customer, then quietly lose them after a single order. That repeat business is the most valuable revenue a brand has, and most of it slips away. We were built to win it back.

The problem we kept seeing

Brands obsess over the first sale and ignore the second.

Every brand pours money and energy into acquisition. Ads, offers, launches, all aimed at getting that first order. Then the customer buys once, has a decent experience, and is never spoken to again in any meaningful way. No onboarding, no reminder when they run low, no reason to come back. The brand moves straight on to buying the next stranger.

Meanwhile the cheapest, warmest revenue they will ever have, the customer who already trusts them, walks quietly out the door. We saw it again and again, and it never stopped feeling like a waste.

Why we started

Because retention is the part everyone skips.

Good retention takes thought, time and the right systems, so it is the thing brands always mean to fix and never get around to. Nurtra was started to be the team that actually does it.

The insight

The money is in the second order

A returning customer costs nothing to win and is worth far more over time. Lifting repeat purchase by a few points flows straight into profit, month after month, with no extra ad spend.

The gap

Knowing it isn't doing it

Most founders already know retention matters. What they lack is the time and the systems to build it properly inside the tools they already pay for. That is the gap we close.

The focus

One thing, done well

We do not do everything. We build and run retention for wellness and supplement brands, and that focus is exactly why we are good at it.

Why wellness and supplements

Because nobody benefits from retention more.

Wellness and supplement brands sell products that are meant to be taken again and again. Protein, greens, vitamins, sleep support, all of it runs out on a predictable cycle and works best as a habit. That makes them the perfect home for retention, and the most painful place to get it wrong. When a brand like this loses a first time buyer, it is not one lost sale, it is every reorder that buyer would have made for years.

From the founder
LR
Luke Rollings
Founding Director, Nurtra

I started Nurtra because I was tired of watching good brands treat their best customers like strangers. The hard part, earning someone's trust enough to buy, was already done, and then it was thrown away.

So we built a company that does the unglamorous, valuable work most brands never get to. We nurture those customers into coming back, turn first time buyers into a base that compounds, and we treat your results like our own reputation depends on them. Because it does. Retention is all we do, and we intend to be the best in the world at it.
