This policy explains what information Nurtra collects when you use our website or request a free retention audit, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain.
Nurtra provides retention and lifecycle services for wellness and supplement brands. If you have any question about your information or this policy, email us at hello@nurtra.co.uk.
When you fill in our audit form, we collect the details you choose to give us, which typically includes your name, your email address, your brand name and your website address. To produce your audit, we also read the content of the public website address you provide.
We do not ask for, or want, any sensitive personal information.
Our basis for this is your request for the audit, and our legitimate interest in following up about the service you asked about. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We use a small number of trusted third party tools to run this, for example a form provider to collect your responses, an email provider to deliver your audit and reply to you, and AI processing to help generate the audit itself. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you ask us to delete it, or once it is no longer needed, we remove it.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to us using it. To do any of these, just email hello@nurtra.co.uk and we will sort it. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
Some tools embedded on the site, such as the audit form, may set their own cookies in order to work. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
